Christmas card #1 2015

Alright, so... the first card that I've made in a while. The mojo just haven't been there but it's hopefully back now. :) I rediscovered one of the first stamps that I bought when I started crafting back in 2007. I believe the stamp is called Friendship warms the heart and it's by Rachelle Anne Miller for Ladybug and Friends. I find this image simply adorable and I really like the saying as well.

This is actually the first time that I've tried stamping masking paper and the first time that I've used Distress colours to make a background. I think it turned out quite nice.

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:
- Cute Card Thursday, challenge #399: Birds/Animals
- Papertake Weekly Challenges: Christmas Critters

Papers: Kraft cardstock, patterned paper "Scandinavian Winter" by Studio Line
Stamp: Friendship warms the heart Rachelle Ann Miller for Ladybug and friends
